For centuries, Hamilton was considered too small to bother with. The Black Sabbat had its eyes set on larger prizes. In the past few years, however, this has changed. Toronto's Prince, Lawrence Mandellan suspects that Gandar of Detroit may be moving north, expanding his territory and control. Mandellan now fears that Hamilton may be a major staging ground for such a move - giving Gandar a power-base in Mandellan's back yard.
Thus has Hamilton's self-control been endangered. Mandellan and Gandar move and plot against one another, and Hamilton is the playing field. Each of the Kindred must decide whom to ally themselves with - or whether it is better to simply flee, and avoid living in a city controlled by the Black Sabbat altogether...
